The staff of LAS Art Sales hope that your experience using our website and purchasing any artwork is smooth, pleasant and trouble free. However, if not, here are some things you can do to help us to resolve the situation.

When purchasing an Artwork, your sale is direct with the Artist themselves. In the first instance, any purchase query should be made directly with the Artist. You can find artist contact details on the individual Artist page (look in the Artist A-Z, or select the Artist from the "Find Artist" drop down menu.

All of the artists featured on this website have committed to providing a minimum standard of service regarding quality, delivery, and returns processing.

You can also send any comment or complaint directly to the LAS Art Sales staff, using the Contact Form, or by sending an email to

Please make sure you never include any payment details (i.e. card numbers) in any communication with either us, or the artist.

Our artists use the PayPal payment system (unless they also accept payment by cheque). If you have any problems with the PayPal system, you may find the solution to your problem on the PayPal Help Centre.
